My cousin Mia (who is also going on exchange next year but to Italy with another district) and I decided that we should learn to make some classic Australian dishes and test out making pins for the friends we make overseas. Throughout the 3 days I was there we experimented with different types of pins and learnt how to make lamingtons and anzac biscuits.
