Rotary Australia Certification Requirements

Policy Framework. The implementation of this policy in certified Rotary Districts shall be shared by certified Rotary Clubs involved in the Youth Exchange Program, The District Youth Exchange Committee, and the District Protection Officer or Committee and the Club Protection Officer.

This form is to be completed by the Club Counsellor as soon as possible after Inbound student arrival and returned to the student’s District Coordinator.

Post Hosting Evaluation

This form is for the host family to complete after hosting an Inbound Exchange student. This information is particularly helpful to the Club counsellor and the District Coordinator in assessing the success of a student’s integration to their host family. Also known as Appendix L.
